I work with energy healing combined with life coaching.
Everyone reacts differently to a treatment.
You can fall asleep, see images, feel pain from different parts of your body, you are cold, you sweat.
After a treatment you may feel deeply relaxed, tired, want to eat things you might not normally eat. All of this is normal. It is your body's way of telling you what it needs. It will pass.
Many experience a relief in mind and body. They sleep better. Life feels easier. They have more energy.
Are you like me, who has been to various doctors for many years without finding a reason for the fatigue, despite many hours of rest and sleep?

It's about energy.
This energy surrounds us constantly, whether we are aware of it or not. When you are standing in line at the checkout and someone you don't know suddenly becomes rude. You react. Your body reacts. That person's energy has become a hook on you and you carry that energy with you for the rest of the day. Maybe for days, weeks, even years.
Negative energies, left unmanaged, can lead to stress, fatigue, and even chronic illnesses.
Just as we take our car to the repair shop, we also need to take care of our body and our energy to feel good.

We begin and end the session with me calling you on the phone. During the treatment, you lie at home, in peace and quiet, close your eyes, and receive the healing I send you.
After the treatment, you can tell me about your experience and I will give you feedback on what I perceived.
Make sure you are undisturbed during this time, have a blanket and a bottle of water to drink. This is your moment.
